Chandigarh – Amritsar – Jallianwala Bagh Tour

Day 1:- Arrival in Chandigarh – Transfer to Amritsar

Arrive in Chandigarh and meet your driver for the transfer to Amritsar (approximately 4-5 hours by road). On arrival, check into your hotel and relax for a while. Afterward, visit Sukhna Lake, a serene man-made lake perfect for a peaceful boat ride or a leisurely walk along its promenade. In the evening, head to Sector 17 Market for some light shopping or to enjoy local food. You can sample the famous Chandigarh Chole Bhature or visit a local café for a relaxing meal before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 2:- Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and Wagah Border

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib), the most revered Sikh shrine. Next, visit Jallianwala Bagh, the site of the 1919 massacre, and reflect on the significance of this historical event. Return to Amritsar for dinner and a relaxing evening. You may choose to visit Guru ka Langar at the Golden Temple or stroll along Mall Road. Overnight stay in Amritsar.
